Kale, sautéd in Annie’s Natural Asian Seasame dressing. Yum!
Dinner tonight: grilled wild salmon on cedar and kale.
Snack: mango and some blackberries. I didnt eat all of this mango, btw.
Dinner: sauted steak andnsteamed cauliflower.
No breakfast today.
Lunch: eggs, grills chicken breast and salad.
Breakfast: paleo krunch.
Dinner: meat loaf, sweet potatoes and kale.
Burger with a fried egg on top! Side salad.

Eggs, chicken & apple sausages, 1/2 avocado and tomato.
